Please answer the questions to the best of your ability. The more information you give me, the better tattoo I can give you :) I also need as much information as possible to give an accurate quote.

After submitting, I will get in contact with you via email asap. Please be ready to pay a $100 deposit to secure your booking (this goes toward the final cost of your tattoo.)
